Birthday Memories

2 years ago, I knew my birthday was coming. I also knew my baby was coming. Just didn't know exactly when.

This was me exactly 1 week before my 28th birthday. I was ready and waiting for my little one to arrive. Like over ripe ready! Go ahead and say it to yourself. "did she give birth to a watermelon?" I truly was huge!

Josh took these pictures with my early birthday present. They are priceless to me.

On the evening before my birthday, as I tried to fall asleep, the contractions had taken over my sleep and I knew that my precious baby would be sharing a birthday with his or her mama.

At 7:37 am, on September 20th, Fletcher Eli entered the world into the loving hands of his daddy.


The best birthday gift I surely have ever received.


Your big sister was more than anxious to meet you.

Colton had been praying for a brother long before I was even pregnant. He was so amazed that God had answered his exact prayer. He thought that was so cool and I did too!
