With the appearance of a surprise chill in the air yesterday, Colton and Gracie asked me to make them some new "comfy pants". So after tracing the outline of jammy pants that my MIL made the kids for Christmas, I had these ready for them to watch the big Gator game in. They were so very simple to make and extremely affordable! The kids especially love these since they picked out the soft flannely fabric themselves.

Also, how 'bout them Gators? What a game! I just love Tebow, as I know most Americans do, but I have a certain spot for him in my heart knowing he's a homegrown homeschooler. That speaks volumes to me. I think there is so much unknown about homeschooling. People think homeschoolers are unsocialized. Ha! All I can do is laugh at that one. My goal this year is to scale down our socialization. Sometimes I feel we are doing more of that and less studying. And what about sports? Won't your boys will be deprived of experiencing sports in high school? Well God willing, if we make it that far, the Florida law allows homeschoolers to be a part of public school sports. That's how Tim did it. And honestly, I think our public schools can use a little extra "light" on their fields.
